Rewriting the Narrative of Predictive Intelligence for Industry
Industrial organizations generate vastly more data today than they did two decades ago, yet much of operations still relies on looking backward, using historical data to understand what happened and why. And while predictive insight has been a part of industrial operations, scaling them across assets, sites, and use cases has remained out of reach. And that's why the next frontier is moving prediction from pockets of value to an enterprise-wide capability, giving frontline teams the power to anticipate disruptions, understand their potential impact, and act before the bottom line is affected.
In this opening keynote, Cognite will show how a new foundation model trained exclusively on industrial data can help organizations move from isolated predictive use cases to predictive intelligence at scale. We’ll explore how teams can anticipate emerging issues, understand what may happen next, and act earlier across a much broader range of assets and operational scenarios.

Before It Became an Outage: How Kuraray Uncovered an $18M+ Hidden Reliability Risk
As risk-based inspection regulations evolve across Europe, industrial operators have an opportunity to move beyond compliance and use data-driven methods to improve reliability across the facility. At Kuraray's La Porte, Texas site, Cognite Platform contextualized critical industrial data, while Pinnacle's Newton Platform connected mechanical integrity, maintenance, and operating data to surface a critical superheater risk that traditional inspection had missed. By connecting and contextualizing this data, the superheater emerged as the leading projected contributor to future downtime, prompting Kuraray to act during a planned outage and helping prevent an estimated $18MM+ in production and reactive maintenance losses. Join this session to learn how contextualized industrial data and facility-level decision intelligence can support reliability decisions across the entire facility, from mechanical integrity and rotating equipment to maintenance and overall facility reliability.

Stop treating scale like a project: Why MaMaTa is Prepared to Scale from Day 1
Last year at Impact, MaMaTa’s CTO, Olivier Lempereur, showed how to spin up a production line in minutes using digital blueprints. This year, he explores the “morning after”—the reality of continuously monitoring and operating those lines at scale. MaMaTa was designed to scale from day one because an OEM’s installed base never stops growing, meaning onboarding is not a project with an end date but it is a permanent daily reality. When MaMaTa’s customers said they cared only about which machine to look at first, MaMaTa replaced dashboards with a single anomaly score per asset, explained through facts rather than charts. Since every building block carries its own analytics, newly connected control loops are monitored the moment they appear, with nothing to configure. In this session, attendees will learn what it takes to scale: from tracking a few basic metrics to processing thousands of continuous sensor data streams in real-time, what “onboarding time” really means layer by layer, and why MaMaTa deliberately leaves the final judgment to a human in the control room.

The Core of Industrial Grade AI
Industrial AI needs more than digitised documents: it needs engineering data with structure, semantics and connectivity. This presentation will showcase how DEXPI, the open, vendor-neutral data exchange standard for the process industry, makes piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) information available as structured, machine-readable data across tools and the asset lifecycle. Building on this foundation, the session will explore how structured engineering data can connect with knowledge graphs and AI to enable opportunities such as flowsheet auto-completion, PFD-to-P&ID translation, P&ID auto-correction and AI-augmented HAZOP. Attendees will learn why interoperable engineering data provides the foundation for industrial-grade AI.
Dr. Michael Wiedau, Chairman of the Board, DEXPI e.V.
Lunch & Networking Expo
Enjoy lunch in the restaurant then we encourage you to use time after to walk the expo, meet with our incredible local sponsors, and discover new solutions.
Realising Next-Gen Operations
In this session, Chief Product Officer Chirayu Shah and Chief Technology Officer Geir Engdahl will share how the Cognite industrial AI and data platform is pushing the boundaries of what's possible with industrial AI. Powered by the industry's leading industrial knowledge graph that contextualizes real-time data across all data types, Cognite Flows and Atlas AI deliver the next generation of industrial user experiences and intelligence, purpose-built to turn industrial data into action. The keynote will also cover Cognite's own times series foundation model trained exclusively on industrial data and how it will help organizations move from isolated predictive use cases to predictive intelligence at scale.

From Data Silos to Industrial Intelligence: A Pragmatic Route to Scale
Many global speciality ingredients companies rely on operational and business data spread across siloed systems, including SCADA and SAP. Years of site-level development and growth through acquisition can make exchanging, aligning, and trusting that data increasingly complex, while standardizing every platform from the ground up would require significant time, investment, and organizational change. Croda’s Kal Khogali, Global SHE & Operations Excellence Director, and Samuel Edwards, Global Operations Implementation Lead will explain how the company is taking a pragmatic approach, using Cognite as an enabling platform to connect, clean, and contextualize critical data across its operational landscape. To put this approach into practice, Croda started with one of its more complex operating sites, using a focused pilot to test the technology while building practical expertise in integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data standardization. Attendees will learn how Croda is using these insights to inform a phased, repeatable approach that can scale across its global network. They will also learn how attendees can apply a similar approach within their own organizations to support operational improvements and deliver business value today, while creating the trusted, contextualized data foundation needed for scalable Industrial AI in the future.

A Scalable Foundation for Actionable Industrial Security - Omny
Industrial operators can digitalise operations faster than they can secure them. When a vulnerability hits a control system you run, what matters is how fast you can find out where you're exposed. Most teams will need weeks to find the answer.
In partnership with Cognite, Omny closes the gap between digitalization and protection. Cognite provides a connected model of your operational environment. Omny extends the model to include security, such as vulnerabilities, threats, network and device data, so cyber and operations finally become visible on the same map.
On that foundation, with Omny’s security digital twin, you can turn context into decisions, starting with much faster vulnerability handling and coordinating security work with planned maintenance to protect uptime. You can go from weeks of discovery to instant visibility.
If you are running Cognite, you have done the hardest work already. Come see in a live demo how operational and security data, combined, help you protect and secure your industrial operations.

Built to Last: Contextualized Data as the Foundation for Operational Success and Scalable Industrial AI
The foundations for operational excellence are established long before an asset enters production. Decisions made during the EPC phase can influence performance, reliability, safety, and profitability for the next 15-20 years. Today's leading organizations are capturing, contextualizing, and utilizing lifecycle data to create lasting operational value. In this session, leaders from SBM Offshore, Radix and Cognite will discuss how a connected digital foundation enables better decisions, improves asset performance, and unlocks the full potential of Industrial AI at scale across the lifecyle, from project execution through operations and maintenance. Join the discussion to explore how investing in lifecycle data today creates a competitive advantage that lasts for decades.

Navigating Industrial AI Sovereignty: Building Open, Trusted Ecosystems Across European Heavy Industry
As industrial companies across Europe scale industrial AI, they must balance speed and innovation with EU AI Act, the EU Data Act and growing expectations around data sovereignty, security, regulatory compliance, and control. The challenge is not simply where data and AI run, but how organizations can preserve flexibility and trust while connecting operations from the plant floor to the enterprise. In this panel, leaders from Microsoft, TGS Prediktor and Cognite will discuss what it takes to build open, interoperable industrial AI that give companies greater choice over their data, infrastructure, and technology partners. You will learn how open ecosystems, edge-to-cloud architectures, and trusted industrial context can help organizations scale AI responsibly while maintaining operational autonomy and creating business value.
Jochem van Hove, Managing Director EMEA - Energy & Resources Industry, Microsoft
Morten Enholm, Director and Fellow, Industrial Data Strategy, TGS Prediktor
